Sharon Spinetti is by far one of my greatest heros! She is the one whom sought a talent in me and provided the tools that I needed to launch my career. I totally lost your direct email and the lovely letter you sent me so long ago! I'd love to write again, and even call! perhaps we can even get together and if possible, come see you in concert or at your club!
By the way, did I mention my jazz singer sister, cathy segal-garcia? she's in LA - a warm and wonderful singer and person extraordinaire! you would love her and she you!!! she performed in the village in january after the iaje (intl assoc for jazz educators), which I attended with her! What fun!

Absolutely fabulous ! We can't begin to describe the f eelings she arouses in us as we listen to that clear and bell like tonal quality she has. There is also something very sexual about her singing that draws the listener ever so slowly into her magical web. What a way to go !!

I saw Ms. Spinetti in Germany, then again in Tel-aviv and New Zealand. I hope she is serious about singing here in the U.S. Simply spectacular, velvet voiced mega soprano who occasionally sings smokey alto. sensuous yet clear as a bell. Wow. Also heard several tracks she recently did with Ray Vega. Genius, very exiting stuff. I'm in love again.
